guatemala huehuetenango
The blend is rounded out with Quetzal beans sourced from the Huehuetenango region in Western Guatemala which is known for producing some of the best coffee in Latin America. These beans are harvested from December to May on hillsides ranging from 1400-2000 masl. They are washed processed and bring an intense dark chocolate and balanced acidity to your cup.
colombia huila
One of the most unique and complex regions for coffee in Colombia, Huila lies in the middle of the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes mountains. These beans are sourced from 30 mico-farms at elevations ranging from 1400-2000 masl. The beans are typically harvested from October through December and then washed processed. We blend with these beans to bring our coffee notes of praline and citrus and a sweet balance.
