We believe energy should come from ingredients you can trust. That’s why we use real fruit juice and a touch of organic cane sugar for vibrant, juicy flavor. We pair it with superfruit caffeine and replenishing electrolytes for balanced energy.
No shortcuts. No overstimulation. No chemistry experiments. Just energy crafted with intention, so you don’t only feel more awake, you feel more like yourself.
Where it All began
For Simon, Huxley’s founder, everything starts with flavor. And flavor starts with the earth. Growing up, his happiest memories were in his grandmother’s garden, plucking tomatoes still warm from the sun or biting into peaches from her tree. The kind of fruit so sweet and ripe you never forget it. Those moments taught him a simple truth: nothing tastes better than food that is grown, not made.
That lesson carried him to the Culinary Institute of America and into some of the world’s best kitchens. Simon trained as a chef and honed his craft at three-Michelin-star restaurants. From there, he moved into the wine world in Napa Valley, where the story always begins with the vineyard.
Through it all, one idea stuck with him. When you start with the best ingredients, you don’t need to overcomplicate things.
Why We Created Huxley
Energy drinks didn’t live up to that standard. Too many were built in labs and overloaded with caffeine, artificial flavors, and synthetic ingredients most people can’t even pronounce. The result was drinks that felt like a quick fix, but never like something you’d actually crave.
In 2023, Simon joined forces with his best friend and former colleague, Bethany, to do things differently. Together, they built a brand around the values they live by: honesty, balance, and joy. With every can of Huxley, the goal is simple. Energy that tastes good, feels good, and comes from ingredients you can trust.
