Orders ship within 2 business days maximum. Orders are shipped via the lowest cost carrier which can include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Due to the product being a consumable, we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us if there is an issue with the shipping or product and we will do our best to make it right.
